Inscription fees

Registration is now open, unitl the end of february 2025: log in with your sciencesconf account and fill the form in the "My reistration" tab.

Registration fees for a person without any permanent position (student/post-doc): 300 € H.T. (330 € TTC)

Registration fees for a person having a permanent position: 450 € H.T. (495 € TTC)

Accommodation, in shared bedrooms (twin beds), is included in the registration fees, as well as all the meals, cofee breaks and friendly moments.

Registration ("My registration" tab) and payment (via azur colloque website) is an independent process, separate from abstract submission ("My submissions" tab). You will be asked to provide some precisions upon your registration (shared room, arrival time etc.). Once registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, with a link to the azur colloque website for the payment (in two steps, first pre-registration, then payment) : https://dr07.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/354/preinscription

Practical information about the journey (free bus Valence TGV to Vogüé) and the conference program will be communicated in the future.
