Practical informationThe conference will take place at the domaine Lou Capitelle (village vacances 4* & Spa) on the banks of Ardèche river, facing the old town of Vogüé. This "Village de Caractère", leaning aginst limestone cliffs, has the label "Les Plus Beaux Villages de France". Situated nearby the city of Aubenas, the town can be reached by public transportation (car TER) from the Montelimar or Valence TGV trainstations (bus X76 can bring you very near from the conference site). For more convenience, transport by bus will be organized by the colloque to bring participants to Vogüé, from the Valence TGV trainstation (but leaving at 14h or 18h, you have to choose upon registration). Note that buses (Arsac white and red) willl wait at "gare routière/Parking gare P1 Alpes" exit and members of the organizing committee will be there. How to reach/leave Vogüé?Outbound journey -Four shuttles are specially scheduled for the Colloque Louis Néel at 2 PM at Valence TGV (the Arsac white and red coaches will wait on the side gare routière/Parking gare P1 Alpes and members of the organizing committee will be on site). The coaches will depart in a staggered manner depending on the train arrivals. The last bus should leave a little after 2 PM, to wait for participants in case of a slight delay. -It is possible to come by public transport (direct), with the bus X76 towards Vallon Pont-d'Arc, departing at 14:15 from Valence TGV, arriving in Vogüé (Bausson) at 16:08. The next bus leaves at 17:30 from Valence TGV, arriving in Vogüé (Bausson) at 19:18. -The last shuttle scheduled for the colloquium will leave Valence TGV at 18:00 (there are 20 seats left for possible latecomers...). -In case of too late arrival (if you miss the 18:00 shuttle), it is still possible to reach Aubenas quite easily, about ten kilometers from Vogüé: take the Bus X73 towards Aubenas (departure from Valence TGV at 18:10 or 19:10) and get off at Aubenas place de la Paix (arrival at 20:37 or 21:29). Then you will have to finish by taxi or call someone to pick you up by car... -Note that there is another option via Avignon TGV station: the bus E15 (towards Aubenas) with a departure at 19:00 allowing you to arrive in Vogüé (Bausson) at 21:06. In case of trouble or to report a delay, you can contact Joseph at 0618455075. He will be present on Tuesday afternoon at Valence TGV station and will take the 18:00 shuttle. Return journey -It is possible to leave Friday morning (before the end of the colloquium) with the bus X76 towards Valence TGV: departure at 11:05 from Vogüé (Bausson) for an arrival at Valence TGV at 13:02. -5 shuttles are specially scheduled for the participants of the Colloquium and will leave Lou Capitelle in a staggered manner (around 13:30) to arrive on time at Valence TGV for the different trains. -It is also possible to easily reach Valence TGV by public transport, with the bus X76 (towards Valence TGV) leaving at 13:45 from Vogüé (Bausson), for an arrival at Valence TGV at 15:40. A later departure is also possible (17:35 from Vogüé-Bausson to be at 19:30 at Valence TGV). -Finally, there is also an option via Avignon TGV, for example with the bus E15 at 15:03 for an arrival at 17:37.
OrganizationThe conference will start on tuesday night (17th june), but will be preceded by a special PEPR SPIN meeting in the afternoon, open to every perticipant. Scientific presentations will take place from wednesday morning till friday noon, with a departure from the Lou Capitelle domain scheduled after the lunch (lunch bag) of friday 20th june (you would rather book a train leaving after 16h00 from Valence TGV).
